Erkin Palace Hotel – Terms and Conditions

Reservation and Payment:

1. Booking Confirmation: All reservations are deemed confirmed upon the successful receipt of a valid credit card guarantee or advance payment.
2. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellations made within 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount will be applicable.
3. No-Show Policy: Guests failing to arrive without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount to the credit card on file.

Check-In and Check-Out:

4. Check-In Time: Guests are invited to check in from 14:00 onwards. Early check-in is offered at no additional cost, subject to room availability.
5. Check-Out Time: Check-out time is set at 12:00. Late check-out is available upon request and is subject to an additional fee.

Room Policies:

6. Room Allocation: While every effort will be made to honour specific room requests, Erkin Palace Hotel reserves the right to allocate rooms based on availability.
7. Occupancy: Room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests may incur supplementary charges. Children under the age of [insert age] stay free when using existing bedding.
8. Smoking Policy: Erkin Palace Hotel is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor public areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Hotel Facilities and Services:

9. Damages and Loss: Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay.
10. Personal Belongings: Erkin Palace Hotel disclaims responsibility for the loss of money, jewellery, or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms or public areas.
11. Pets: Regrettably, pets are not permitted within the hotel premises.

Guest Conduct:

12. Noise and Disturbance: Guests are kindly urged to respect the tranquility and privacy of fellow patrons. The hotel reserves the right to evict any guests causing excessive noise or disturbance without entitlement to a refund.
13. Illegal Activities: The engagement in any illegal activities on hotel premises is strictly prohibited, and such incidents will be promptly reported to the relevant authorities.

Liability:

14. Force Majeure: Erkin Palace Hotel shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations resulting from unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including acts of God, natural disasters, and government actions.

Miscellaneous:

15. Amendments: Erkin Palace Hotel retains the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
16. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and any disputes shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Khorezm/Tashkent.
